Batik is an Indonesian heritage which is influenced by Melayu and Hindi. Batik has so many ornaments, from plantations, animals, till abstract ornaments.
The real batik is made from wax processing, and it will be seen in batik cap or batik tulis. Meanwhile, batik print or batik textile are not batik because they are made by printing machine, not by wax processing.

HOW TO CARE YOUR BATIK (both for batik tulis, batik cap, batik print, and batik textile)?
1. Do not wash yours by detergent, wash your batik by "lerak" (such a fruit to wash batik). (We can provide them for you).
2. Wash your batik with warm water, do not wash it by hot water or cold water.
3. Do not put batik in the sun to dry, just exposed yours to the air to dry.
